In December, the median days on market for sold properties here in Jackson was 34, down from 35 in November. While this is technically a slight decrease, it’s not significant enough to signal any type of market shift. Number of Properties Sold has Increased
In December, there were 49 closed home sales in Jackson. This is more than double the 22 sales that closed in November. Interestingly, this pattern is consistent with the numbers we saw last year in November and December. Median Sale Price has Remained Flat
The median sale price in December remained steady at $260k, despite a decrease in available inventory for the same time period.
